We got a bit of late-season snow yesterday, so it’s a beautiful slightly snowy day out today. More weather is expected later this weekend, too! March in the high country is good.
Trinity Episcopal is the church where my mom sang in the choir, my grandfather did the books, and where my parents were married 50 years ago this summer. I was able to walk by and see it on my San Jose trip last week. It had been a long time since.
After getting home on my final flight very late last night, I really needed this afternoon espresso. It was delicious.
I think I’ve also managed to get images into my feed! Winning Friday.
Stopping for a coffee at Social Policy. John Prine’s on the stereo am I’m taking it as a good sign for the day. [photo]
One thing I have a new appreciation for as I finish my Whole30 month of eating very, very specifically, is good espresso. My go-do drink is a cappuccino, and I’ll certainly come back to those, but I’ve found great pleasure in a well-made espresso this month. I’ve enjoyed improving my home espresso craft along the way, too.
